I like the steps I tried to "draw" on the "Journey". The stairs represent the "weight going down"
  Thanks.

Thanks T....I have always had trouble finding things on this board.  If you go to any post often, make a folder on your desktop and place the page urls in it.  Wish I had known that five months ago. Roll Eyes
BTW...Thanks for the "move" .

Tress,
I know this is all a great, big bunch of work for you and I really do appreciate it.  I agree that it is so much easier for the rest of us this way and it is so kind of you to think of doing this for us.

Hi Neakybird!

I am glad you think my "Recipe Creation mini site"
http://www.letsdolunch.com/boards/index.php?topic=2931.0
makes it easier to find recipes.  Until the e-book comes out, I think recipes should be posted this way.
I soon will begin "Tress's Recipe Creations 2"  as I put too many per post and won't be able to keep them in order of "subject" much longer.  (you are limited to 10,000 characters per post)
It makes it much easier to copy them to word documents, rather than clicking all over the board trying to remember where you left off.
     (my humble opinion)   cheesy
Hope you had a wonderful birthday!

I tried the Morning Biscuits and pancakes. Very good stuff. I think I'm going to try the pizza this weekend. Thanks for all your hard work, Tress.

And thanks to the other ladies of this forum that make me feel like I am missed, even if my posts are few. As things settle down I plan to post here more. Things have been going great. I'm working on my third belt. One more hole left on this one and then I'll be on to my fourth. Buying new clothes gets expensive, but it's worth it. smile

Hi Shane.....YOU are welcome! So glad you liked the biscuits and pancakes.  I posted a Garbanzo bean fritter recipe recently that we love.  You can add any veggies or meat to it so it is a great way to make tasty veggies.
You mentioned that you are trying the Pizza.
The pizza crust that you normally buy is made from flour, water, salt and yeast and the only taste comes from the browning of the crust.  My Pizza crust has flavor of its own and the browning only makes it better.

Great job on your weight loss!
Congrats!!
