I just wanted to add one thing. The pizza soup should be eaten for you big meal at lunch because it has heavy protein in it. (unless you are switching your big meal for the day) (or do you call lunch, dinner? If that's the case then just void what I said, I know some people call lunch dinner.) It is ok to have light protein for dinner(supper) like eggs and beans, but you want to stay away from meat in the evening. That said, I am so glad that your husband liked it! You will have plenty of opportunity to add beans into things by blending them, in the future. And you never know, maybe he will grow to like beans! That would be great!
