Roger Troy Wilson, author of Let's Do Lunch, Eating All the CALORIES and CARBS You Want to Lose Weight!, once weighed 430 pounds. For 30 years, he tried every diet and had cheated on every one of them. He even bribed his kids to buy the junk food his wife wouldn?t allow in the house. At his heaviest, his waist measured 62" around. Life was incredibly difficult and he suffered physically, as well as with knowing his wife was burdened by his weight issues, both at home and in public.

Then, almost overnight, he discovered the start of an eating plan that allowed him to eat until full, in ALL the food groups, and lose weight. He ate his son's frozen grapes and then swapped them for his nightly bags of chips and dip. In only a few weeks he had lost 20 pounds.
